This year, The Fair of Málaga will be from 16^th August to 24^th 2008. It will be like always with the opening address and the spectacular display of fireworks to the edge of midnight on Friday, 15^th August in La Malagueta beach. Like every year I will go and see the fireworks with my family and my friends.

I do not know what concerts there will be this year but last year, I went to the concert by Andy & Lucas at Málaga’s City Auditorium. I really loved it!

In addition, I went into many rides that were new for me and I ate candyfloss and buns.

In April people all over Spain come to Sevilla and celebrate the " Feria de Abril ". The people dance flamenco and they enjoy very much. They wear the typical andalusian costumes : " Flamenco dress " or " Traje corto ". The fair in april has its origin in a fair or exhibition of cattle celebrated at the end of the 19th century, in the year 1847. Now it has become one of the most famous fairs and the most visited one in Spain.

I am not going to go next year.

Holy Week Processions

In Andalucia, in spring, there is a popular celebration, with five centuries of history, the Holy Week Processions.

In this religious celebration, brotherhoods take part in processions that parade the streets of cities. The cortege is composed by two Nazarenes sections with people in robes and hoods, and two thrones where images represent moments of Christ's passion and death.

This year I have seen many processions and have taken part as a "penitent" in the "Sacred Diner". I have also gone to many confimations.

The way set this one very spoilt because of that the human beings we are destroying the planet.

some offers to improve the ecosystem are:

-To fill the washer to save water.

-It was recycling everything possible.

-To use electrical cars.

-Not to ignite the lights by day.

-To douche instead of bathing.

-To wash the cohes with agu to pressure.

In sevilla there is a holiday called pilgrimage, in her there is penetrated the mistress of the people " the virgin of holy water " from the church to the convent in the morning, in cars of horse, in donkey, in mule, or walking and by night from the convent to the church .The women dress of gypsy and the men of camper; and the whole day happens in the field in a few sheds that are rented between 3 or 4 families.At the end of the day the families accompany the virgin shaft the church .

we can make many things to take care of environment. One of them is to recycle, if we recycle we will save energy and raw materials like plastic, metal or cardboard, for example. If each person can separate and recycle bottles, cans, packets,... if we all do our bit, we will have a better and cleaner world and we will save energy and raw materials.
